Our Services

Starlight Advantage helps local service businesses with customer follow-up, reputation and reviews, lead reactivation, and related marketing and automation services. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any service engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or order confirmation. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Content on the Site is for general information only and may change without notice.

Purchases and Payments

• Prices are listed on the Site or in your agreement and are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe, subject to their own terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the purchases you make.
• Refunds and cancellations: Refund and cancellation terms for our services are set out in each service agreement. If you have a question about a purchase, please contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive messages about appointments, services, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Results

We work to deliver strong results, but outcomes such as responses, appointments, or sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Starlight Advantage or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Third-Party Services

The Site and our services rely on third-party providers (such as GoHighLevel, PayPal, and Stripe). We are not responsible for their services, content, or policies.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Advantage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
